Competency Based Certificate Program

Our Competency-Based Certificate Program for Teachers is designed to equip educators with the practical skills and knowledge they need to excel in today’s dynamic educational landscape. This program follows a Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) approach, allowing participants to build on their existing experience and knowledge.

Each participant will be enrolled in the program on an RPL basis, which means that their prior teaching experience, skills, and competencies will be acknowledged and integrated into their learning journey. This approach ensures that the program is tailored to meet the individual needs of each educator, focusing on enhancing their strengths and addressing areas for growth.
