Publishing Agreement

Before submitting papers authors must ensure the following:

• manuscript is not submitted or published anywhere else
• Authors must provide paper in MS Word file.
• Times New Roman 12 and line space 1.5
• References must follow the Vancouver style
• The article file must be anonymous followed by the title page, and cover letter.
